Terms & Conditions

• To confirm your booking, payment is required within 48 hours of receipt of your invoice to secure your date.
  A booking fee of $300-$450 is required.
  The remaining balance is due 10 working days prior to your wedding.

• You may drop one person off your initial booking, extra people can be added onto your initial booking.

• For all standard bridal bookings Amanda leaves once the hair is complete. Please see Full Bridal Package if you require Amanda to stay longer.

• Cancellations- If cancelled within 5 months of your booked date, booking fees may only be transferred to an alternative date.
  Your booking fee is ineligible for a refund.
  Bookings outside of 5 months may be used in hair product.

• Amanda will use Fullers Ferry service for Waiheke.

• Weather events that stop Fullers Ferry’s from working to Waiheke where Amanda cannot get to the Island will be eligible for a 50% refund of your total booking.

• Road closures where the distance in travel requires more than a 15 minute detour will be re calculated in travel cost and may require a hotel.

• Road closures where Amanda cannot physically get to your wedding will be eligible for a 50% Refund.

• Covid cancellations- Any National level where a wedding cannot take place, booking fees are refundable or transferable to a new date.

• If Amanda is unable to complete the booking due to an unforeseen circumstance a 100% refund will occur.

• An early start fee of $200 applies if starting before 6.30am
